Police Seek Help to Find Families of Two Sudden Death Victims

KOTA SAMARAHAN, April 3 The Kota Samarahan District Police (IPD) are asking for public help in finding the next of kin of two individuals who were found dead under separate circumstances.

In a statement shared on social media today, IPD Kota Samarahan identified the first victim as Kong Sien Ming, a 50-year-old salon owner in Bandar Riyal, Kota Samarahan. He was discovered unconscious on the floor of his salon by a member of the public. Medical personnel from IJN Kota Samarahan later confirmed his death. His body has been transferred to the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) mortuary for further procedures.

The second victim, Berona Bill, was a resident of the Desa Bina Diri homeless shelter in Kota Samarahan. His passing was confirmed by an assistant medical officer from SGH, and his body has also been taken to the SGH mortuary.

Authorities are currently making efforts to locate the victims’ families.
