Upon arrival, the Governor and his wife were warmly received by Malaysian High Commissioner to Singapore, Dato’ Indera Dr Azfar Mohamad Mustafar, and his wife Datin Indera Che Norhayati Soib, alongside senior officials from the Malaysian High Commission and the Office of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak.

The couple’s first stop was the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS), which plays a key role in promoting Sarawak’s trade, investment and tourism interests in the republic.

On Friday, Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi and Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah are scheduled to meet Singapore’s Minister of Social Development and Family, Masagos Zulkifli Masagos Mohamad, to discuss areas of cooperation.
