SPRINGDALE, Ark. — An AMBER Alert has been activated for a missing child from Springdale.

Zuria Martinez, a 10-year-old girl, was reported missing on May 29. According to the Arkansas State Police (ASP), she was last seen by a sibling getting into a white passenger car.

Description of Missing Girl

Zuria is described as a Hispanic female with long brown hair and brown eyes. She stands at 5’4″ and weighs approximately 160 pounds.

Last Known Appearance

At the time of her disappearance, Zuria was wearing a black Elmdale Elementary t-shirt and jeans. Notably, she has scratches on both of her knees, as per the ASP’s report.

Circumstances of Disappearance

Authorities reveal that Zuria left her residence with a backpack full of clothes, notably leaving her cellphone behind. This raises concerns about her safety and well-being.
