Four cows were slaughtered as part of the programme, symbolising sincerity and shared responsibility within the community.

The initiative was designed to strengthen ties between education staff and the wider public, while also promoting the values of sacrifice, cooperation, and unity.

Organisers emphasised that such programmes serve as a platform to deepen mutual understanding and reinforce social bonds.

Activities began with a briefing on the religious significance of sacrificial worship, followed by the slaughtering process and meat preparation.

The distribution of meat was overseen by District Education Officer Tuan Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Muhiyuddin, who also presented a token of appreciation to the chairman of the Kampung Tengah Victims Association. The programme concluded with a photo session and a communal lunch.

Programme Coordinator Ustaz Syaifullah Ismail highlighted the importance of initiatives like this in nurturing both religious values and community spirit.

He added that similar activities should continue in the future to further strengthen the relationship between educational institutions and the local population. Beyond its religious significance, the programme also delivered social benefits.

Participants and organisers agreed that it fostered closer ties among neighbours, encouraged mutual assistance, and instilled values of concern and togetherness. Such outcomes, they noted, are vital for maintaining harmony and resilience within the community.
