KUCHING, June 2 – Sarawak Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Haji Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar and his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Hajjah Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, have conveyed their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim in conjunction with the Official Birthday Celebration of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

In a message issued on the occasion, Tun Wan Junaidi and Toh Puan Fauziah expressed their highest appreciation and respect to His Majesty on the national celebration held today. The message reflected the loyalty and support of the people of Sarawak towards the Malaysian monarchy and its role in safeguarding the nation’s stability and unity.

Toh Puan Fauziah is currently in the Holy Land performing the Hajj pilgrimage. Despite being abroad, she joined Tun Wan Junaidi in extending their warm wishes to His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

The couple also offered prayers for His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, and all members of the Johor Royal Family. They prayed that the royal family would continue to be blessed with good health, happiness, prosperity and divine protection.

Tun Wan Junaidi further expressed hope that Sultan Ibrahim would continue to reign with wisdom and sovereignty while guiding the nation towards greater progress and harmony. He noted the important role of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in protecting the interests of the people and strengthening unity among Malaysians from all backgrounds.

The Sarawak Governor also voiced confidence that under His Majesty’s leadership, Malaysia would continue to enjoy peace, stability and sustainable development. He emphasised the importance of national unity and cooperation in ensuring the country’s continued success and prosperity.
