Sarawak Governor Hosts Academics in Kuala Lumpur Residence

KUALA LUMPUR – The Governor of Sarawak, Tun Pehin Sri Dr Haji Wan Junaidi bin Tuanku Jaafar, together with Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Hajjah Fauziah binti Mohd Sanusi, welcomed a delegation of distinguished academics to his official residence in the capital on Monday morning.

The gathering, which commenced at 8.30 am, provided a platform for dialogue on pressing issues and professional collaboration.

Among the visitors was Professor Dato’ TPr Dr Alias Abdullah, a Fellow of the Malaysian Academy of Sciences and Professor of Urban Planning at the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM).

He was joined by several prominent figures from the academic and professional community, including Datuk Associate Professor Dr Shamrahayu Ab Aziz of IIUM’s Ahmad Ibrahim College of Law; Dato’ Dr Jalalludin Harun of the National Professors’ Council; Professor Dr Nik Ahmad Kamal bin Nik Mahmod from Multimedia University’s Faculty of Law; and Professor Ir.
