BINTULU – The Borneo International Kite Festival (BIKF) 2026 extended its reach beyond spectacular aerial displays to include meaningful community engagement initiatives. On the morning of 23 July 2026, a specialised kite-making workshop was conducted, offering a unique learning experience for students from the Special Education Program Integration (PPKI) at SMK Kemena Bintulu.
Twenty students participated in the session, which was designed to be both educational and enjoyable.
