Further investigation revealed that the suspect had multiple past criminal records, including cases related to domestic violence. He was also found to have repeatedly mistreated both of his elderly parents in previous incidents.

During the police raid, officers seized a weapon—a metal rod tied with a knife—believed to have been used by the suspect in the crime.

The case is currently being investigated under Section 506 and Section 427 of the Penal Code, which cover criminal intimidation and mischief resulting in damage to property.
