BINTANGOR – The SABERKAS Raya Rindok-Rindok programme brought festive cheer and strengthened friendships among members of the Meradong Malay Unit, with Hari Raya visits held across Malay villages in Bintangor on Tuesday.
The programme was led by Datuk Ding Kuong Hiing, Meradong State Assemblyman (ADUN) and Chairman of SABERKAS Meradong Branch, together with the branch leadership.
The initiative aimed to reinforce ties between SABERKAS leaders and grassroots members, particularly within the Malay Unit.
In the spirit of Aidilfitri, the delegation visited several homes of SABERKAS members, exchanging greetings and sharing festive joy with families.
The visits provided an opportunity for closer interaction, allowing leaders to listen to community views and stay updated on local developments.
Datuk Ding emphasised the importance of unity, belonging, and cooperation among SABERKAS members, noting that these values form the foundation for strengthening community development.
He also expressed appreciation to the Malay Unit members for their active involvement in community activities, which play a vital role in fostering harmony in Meradong.
The Raya Rindok-Rindok programme highlighted SABERKAS’ commitment to grassroots engagement, ensuring that festive traditions continue to serve as platforms for building stronger bonds between leaders and the community.
