The event brought together community leaders, interfaith representatives, and members of the public in a celebration of unity, love, and the festive season.

Anglican Bishop the Rt Rev Datuk Danald Jute, in his welcoming address, expressed gratitude for the overwhelming community participation.

“It is our honour and privilege to welcome each and every one of you and wish you a pleasant Christmas,” he said.

Bishop Danald emphasised the critical roles community leaders play in society, highlighting the importance of interfaith harmony.

“Together, I feel humbled to be in this fellowship. They each play such an important role, not just in their faith communities, but in the collective life of our society,” he shared.

Reflecting on the essence of Christmas, Bishop Danald reminded attendees of the universal love of God.

“God so loved the world. Not just Christians, but the entire world. We must share that love and serve our community, just as God in Christ gave himself for us,” he said.

The spirit of togetherness was evident as attendees mingled, exchanged greetings, and shared joyful moments during the open house.

Prominent figures at the event included Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) president Datuk Dr Kalwinder Singh Khaira, Batu Kitang assemblyman Datuk Lo Khere Chiang, Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap, and Padungan assemblyman Chong Chieng Jen.
