Kuching, Sarawak – The festive spirit of Christmas came alive on Day 3 of the Cuddly Christmas Carnival, as kids and parents gathered for a unique and fun-filled workshop. The much-anticipated Sushi Making House session, conducted by the talented teams from Hanaya Japanese Dining Kuching and Sushi House Kuching, was a massive hit among young participants.
The workshop, which opened for registration three weeks ago, became fully booked within just one week. It was clear that the allure of crafting sushi was too exciting to pass up.
Children participating in the session were guided step-by-step by the expert chefs. Laughter and excitement filled the room as the little ones learned how to roll sushi, add colorful toppings, and create their own edible masterpieces. The interactive experience not only delighted the kids but also introduced them to the art of Japanese cuisine in a fun and educational way.
Parents watching from the sidelines were just as captivated, snapping photos of their children’s culinary creations. The chefs from both establishments expressed their joy in inspiring young minds to explore cooking as an art form.
