St Ann Church is one of the well-known religious centres in the area, often receiving a large number of worshippers, especially during weekend services, religious festivals, and special events. With the current limited parking space, visitors often face difficulties in finding suitable parking spots, leading to congestion along nearby roads.

The new car park project is part of ongoing efforts under the Rural Transformation Programme to improve basic infrastructure and community facilities. It also reflects continuous support from the government representative towards addressing local needs and enhancing public convenience.
