KUCHING – The Governor of Sarawak, Tun Pehin Sri Dr Haji Wan Junaidi bin Tuanku Jaafar, spent a quiet morning with his family at Old Town White Coffee, Kuching International Airport, before his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah binti Mohd Sanusi, departed for Kuala Lumpur to attend an official engagement.
The governor was accompanied by his children Sharifah Nong-Jasima, Sharifah Nuril Barieyah and Encik Tasnim, along with his grandchildren Puteri Athena Maimunah and Feona Elsie Norjannah Foley. The family gathering reflected a warm start to the day before Toh Puan’s scheduled journey.
Toh Puan Fauziah is expected to officiate the SMK Taman Melati Alumni Graduation and Launch Ceremony, which will take place tomorrow morning at the Tun Hussein Onn Hall, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur.
The event marks an important occasion for the alumni community, with her presence underscoring the significance of educational and community development initiatives.
Tun Pehin Sri Wan Junaidi expressed his prayers and well wishes for his wife’s official duties in Kuala Lumpur, hoping that all proceedings would run smoothly and successfully.
