KUCHING, Dec 27 – A 51-year-old motorcyclist tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle accident along Jalan Tawi Sli this morning. The incident occurred around 8:30 am and has left the local community in shock.

According to Kuching District Police Chief ACP Mohd Farhan Lee Abdullah, the motorcyclist was believed to be traveling from the Mile 3 roundabout towards Jalan Datuk Bandar Mustapha when the accident happened.

The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have classified the case under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987, which deals with reckless or dangerous driving leading to death.

Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident. They urge anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has relevant information to come forward.
