Fun Weekend at Aeroville Mall With Business, Colouring, and Easter Hunt
KUCHING, 21 April 2025 – The Little Entrepreneur Bazaar at Aeroville Mall was a big success last weekend, 19 and 20 April 2025. The event gave children aged 5 to 12 a fun chance to run their own mini business booths.
Organised by Ocipala Gift & Wrap, led by two strong women Lisa Lau and Jenny, the event was held in partnership with Aeroville Mall. It was also supported by Funtastic World, May Jia Trading, and Classic Dessert.
Children sold things like snacks, handmade crafts, bookmarks, and simple toys. They proudly acted as little business owners, talking to customers and managing their own money. The bazaar opened from 10am to 8pm both days and was full of excited parents, visitors, and happy young sellers.
One of the highlights was the Colouring Contest held on Sunday, 20 April. It started at 10am and ended at 2pm. Kids were divided into three age groups, and each group had three winners. Every child who joined got a goodie bag. The fee to join was only RM15.
The event also had a fun Easter Egg Hunt, which many children enjoyed. Everyone had a great time looking for colourful eggs around the mall.
Kapitan Tan Kun Gee, the Managing Director of Aeroville Mall, came to support the event. He gave certificates to all the children who took part, making them feel proud and appreciated.
Parents said the event helped their children become more confident, creative, and brave in trying something new. It was not just about fun — it was about learning and growing too.
