MUKAH – The Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) Mukah successfully handled a snake-catching operation on 7 July 2026 after receiving an emergency call from the public.
The incident involved a black cobra, measuring approximately seven inches, which was discovered inside the living room of a residence.

The operation was carried out with precision, ensuring that no harm came to the complainant, the public, or the personnel involved.
Once the snake was secured, the team confirmed that the area was safe and under control before concluding the mission.
