KUCHING, 12th December – The Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industries, and Performing Arts Sarawak (MTCP) successfully hosted a remarkable ‘Healthy for Life’ sharing session at Hotel Raia, Kuching. The event featured an enlightening talk by YBhg. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Noordin Darus, who is well-known for his expertise in promoting holistic health and well-being.

The highlight of the session was Dr. Noordin’s compelling presentation on the concept of living a healthy lifestyle. Attendees gained valuable insights into incorporating better health practices into their daily lives. Dr. Noordin shared practical tips and his philosophy on the importance of mental, physical, and emotional balance for long-term wellness.
