SIBU – The Sibu District Police Headquarters (IPD) welcomed a courtesy visit from Sarawak Energy’s Corporate Security Division on Tuesday, 7 July 2026, in a session aimed at enhancing strategic cooperation between the two organisations.
The meeting, held from 9.00am to 11.00am at IPD Sibu, was led by Mr Alif Haiqal Ramesh Bin Abdullah alongside representatives from Sarawak Energy’s Corporate Security Division.
The engagement provided a platform to strengthen professional ties, improve coordination on security matters, and exchange perspectives on current challenges affecting the district.
Discussions centred on the importance of integrated approaches to security, particularly in addressing emerging risks within Sibu.
