Civil Defence Force Responds to Snake Case in Lundu

LUNDU – The Lundu District Civil Defence Force (APM Lundu) was mobilised on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, after receiving an emergency call regarding a snake sighting near a residential parking area.

The District Operations Control Centre (PKOD) confirmed that the incident was reported by a member of the public, who noticed the reptile close to their vehicle.

Civil defence personnel were dispatched promptly to the location, where they carried out a careful inspection and secured the snake.
