APM Assists Unconscious Patient in Emergency Response in Sematan

SEMATAN – The Sematan District Operations Control Centre (PKOD) responded to an emergency call on 17 June 2026 after a member of the public reported a case involving an unconscious individual with severe weakness.

Upon arrival at the scene, personnel from the Civil Defence Force (APM) immediately assessed the victim’s condition.

The team monitored vital signs before carefully lifting the patient onto a stretcher. Oxygen assistance was administered to stabilise the victim prior to transfer.

The patient was then taken by ambulance to Lundu Hospital for further medical treatment. Officials confirmed that the swift response was crucial in ensuring the victim received timely care.
