TVETMARA Students Gain Practical Experience at Bintulu Port Visit

BINTULU, 14 April 2026 – Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad (BPHB) welcomed an official visit from TVETMARA, formerly known as the Mara Skills Institute (IKM), involving 39 students and 14 accompanying officers.

The visit provided participants with direct exposure to port operations and their role in supporting industrial development.

The delegation was led by Ts. Mohd Rosmaini bin Shaari, Deputy Director of TVETMARA, while the group was received by Mohamad Aziman bin Drahman, Senior Manager of Onshore Facilities Maintenance at Samalaju Port Industrial Sdn Bhd (SIPSB).

The engagement highlighted the importance of linking technical education with real-world industry practices.
