SARATOK – The Saratok District Civil Defence Force (APM Saratok) provided assistance on Wednesday morning, 24 June 2026, in transferring an elderly resident from his home in Plunga Baru, Roban, following an emergency call from the public.
The District Operations Control Centre (PKOD) confirmed that four members of the Charlie Squad were deployed alongside an ambulance to the location.
The team acted promptly to ensure the safe transfer of the individual, who was conscious at the time of the operation.
Using a scoop stretcher, the officers carefully moved the elderly man from his residence into the waiting vehicle.
The procedure was carried out smoothly, with no complications reported. Once the transfer was completed, the operation was formally concluded, and all personnel returned safely to PKOD Saratok.
