KUCHING – The Sarawak Governor, Tun Pehin Sri Dr Haji Wan Junaidi bin Tuanku Jaafar, together with his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Hajjah Fauziah binti Mohd Sanusi, received a courtesy visit from the family of Temenggong Dato Sri Wan Hamid Edruce bin Tuanku Haji Mohammad at the Sarawak State Palace on 8 July.
The delegation was led by Dr Haji Syed Abdul Aziz bin Dato Sri Wan Hamid Edruce, accompanied by Dr Hajjah Sharifah Nooraida binti Wan Hasan, Encik Wan Mohd Iskandar bin Wan Junaidi, and Puan Sharifah Sharizan binti Wan Achmed Razali.
The visit was arranged to formally extend an invitation to the governor and Toh Puan to attend the wedding of Encik Wan Mohd Hamizan Al Aydrus bin Wan Mohd Iskandar and Sharifah Hannan Zuhairah Idrus binti Dr Haji Syed Abdul Aziz, scheduled for August.
The meeting provided an opportunity for both families to reconnect and share stories, strengthening ties through discussions about family history and personal experiences.
